Job Description

As a front-end developer, you serve as the team expert in front-end implementation - focusing on scripting frameworks such as Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript, clean-code principles and a strong testing culture - including diagnosing problems, working around limitations and improving efficiency and optimization to drive the platform's capabilities. You actively participate in product feature and design discussions to shape products and present solutions to both technical leadership and other software engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

Technical excellence

Design, develop and deploy scalable, high-quality front-end solutions using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript and API tools such as GraphQL and AWS services. Apply security coding standards, Google Web Analytics and web accessibility guidelines. Optimise performance, reliability and scalability through testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvements.

Collaboration and ownership

Partner with technical leadership, product teams and engineers to shape product design and ensure solutions align with organisational goals. Own end-to-end solutions - make autonomous decisions to solve complex technical challenges.

Lifecycle and process improvements

Enhance the software development lifecycle by promoting efficiency, maintainability and scalability Innovate to overcome system limitations and support high-traffic, dynamic environments.

Leadership and mentorship

Mentor developers - foster professional growth, collaboration and best practices. Lead by example - contribute to technical strategy and define engineering standards.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 4 years' relevant work experience. Expertise in Angular with
