About The Team

At our Malaysian Global Delivery Centre we work with clients from around the world to deliver engineering services in the industries of defence and cybersecurity to meet our customers needs.

We are looking for a candidate to work as a front end developer due to increasing demand we are seeing across a number of exciting project portfolios.

What you will be doing:

• Working within an agile scrum team with a focus on frontend development work
• Analysing user requirements to help design effective user interfaces
• Developing high quality front-end code with standard quality practices such as peer reviews and unit testing
• Some project roles will require in-browser 3D modelling and rendering
• Supporting high level estimation and planning activities follow Agile software methodologies
• Deploying applications on Kubernetes infrastructure
• Debugging issues raised by the client and test teams to ensure swift resolution
• Presenting application demos to senior stakeholders

Role requirements:

• At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a development role including use of FE technologies
• Excellent English verbal communication skills, should be comfortable presenting to an international audience of senior stakeholders

Desirable requirements:

• Experience with ReactJS, Redux and React Hooks
• Experience with Django or FastAPI
• Experience with GraphQL
• Experiance with OpenGL or other 3D rendering/modelling technologies
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD technologies
• Experience working with Cloud deployments
