Xsolla Drops and Partner Network:

The team is developing a set of Xsolla Drops and Partner Network (https://xsolla.com/products/partnernetwork) tools. This suite of solutions makes it easy for game developers to create performance-based incentive and user activities reactivation programs for multiple types of channels (influencers, affiliates, web portals and more, but related with games) with an easy-to-use, cost-effective tool. We implement it as a web platform allowing influencers, Hollywood celebrities, show production companies, and marketing agencies to collaborate with game developers and other creators on issuing and distributing different types of items in form of drops to their potential audience without writing a code.

Our stack:

Backend: PHP via Symfony, small pieces on Go (we are ready to re-skill your PHP experience to Go)

Frontend: React, webpack, micro frontends via webpack module federation (for PA)

Infrastructure: MySQL, Redis

Core Job Functions/Responsibilities:

- Develop the functionality of the Xsolla Drops and Partner network and maintain it

- Design and develop modern frontend applications

- Partner with the UI/UX designer to build great and user-friendly interfaces

- Create a/b tests for frontend

- Collaborate closely with engineers and other product team members

- Be passionate about user experience and product delivery

- Drive impactful technical decisions

- Offer new ideas for improving the product

Knowledge/Education/Experience

Required:

- 3+ years experience of building web applications

- Solid knowledge of TypeScript and React

- Strong experience with CSS and its preprocessors like LESS or SASS

- Adaptive frontend development

- Good understanding of REST

- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest

- In-depth knowledge of browsers and their behavior

- Experience of developing CI/CD pipelines
