With a strong market presence and continuous business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the construction machinery market. Lead and manage the sales team, provide training and coaching to improve team performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report back to the company for strategic decision - making.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of sales experience in the construction machinery industry, with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and lead a high - performing sales team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers. Familiar with the construction machinery market in Malaysia, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Salary Range: RM2500-RM10000, for basic; additional RM1500 for fixed transportation allowance.

Location: Kempas, Johor.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
