Job Description

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.
• Can speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge in food quality

Responsibilities1. Customer Service

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in understanding the menu and making informed choices.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

2. Order Preparation

• Prepare and assemble pastries, desserts, and beverages according to the caf\xc3\xa9\'s recipes and standards.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of all food and beverages meet the caf\xc3\xa9\'s standards.
• Handle customer special request and dietary restriction appropriately.

3. Cash Handling

• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
• Provide correct change and process electronic transactions.

4. Cleanliness and Organization

• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including counters, tables, and utensils.
• Follow proper hygiene and sanitation practices in food handling and preparation.
• Monitor and restocks supplies as needed.

5. Customer Relations

• Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by being attentive and responsive.

6. Collaboration

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow.

7. Adherence to Policies and Procedures

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

8. Upselling and Promotions

• Promote special offers, new items, and upsell additional products to enhance the customer experience.
