Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Handle all Front Desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out during arrivals and departures.
Understand and adhere to credit, check-cashing, and cash-handling policies and procedures.
Work closely with others department to ensure smooth operations.
Handle same-day and future reservations; apply cancellation procedures.
Maintain guest room key storage and supervise access to safe deposit boxes.
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously.
Attend department meetings or briefings.
Follow all safety and emergency procedures and understand accident-prevention policies.
Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
Job Requirements :
Candidate with a SPM/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent will be an added advantage.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is required
Proficient in both English and Malay, both spoken and written.
Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Must be friendly, positive, self-disciplined, and willing to learn.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
