Responsibilities:
1. Greeting and Assisting Visitor:
Welcoming guests, clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Managing Phone Calls:
Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate department.
3. Administrative Tasks:
Handling basic administrative Tasks - Filling, Data entry and Photocopying
4. Mail and Packaging Handling:
Receiving and distributing mail and packages.
5. Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
6. Database updates:
Maintaining and updating databases and filling systems.
Skill Required:
1. Communicating Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with visitors and staff.
2. Organization Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively .
3. Computer Literacy:
Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
4. Customer Service Skills:
Providing a positive and helpful experience for visitors and clients.
5. Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
