Position: Front Office Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: The 5 Elements Hotel, Jalan Sultan (Chinatown), Kuala Lumpur
Availability: Able to start within 2 weeks or 1-month notice
Open to Malaysian citizens & PR holders

Job Scope / Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations - check-ins (registration), check-outs (cashiering), and guest arrivals/departures
Respond promptly to guest requests, enquiries, and complaints
Perform night audit duties when required
Requirements:
Must possess at least Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or related fields
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages is an advantage)
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Experience in Reservations is an added advantage
Minimum 2 years' experience in related field preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
