Job description:
Meets with guests and provides outstanding customer service to all patients, owners, and visitors of the Rehab Centre.
Assists patients and guest in a branded, friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
Knows all essential aspects of the Rehab Centre's operations.
Builds an extensive knowledge base of local area restaurants, shops, attractions, transportation options, and airports.
Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all vendors and merchants.
Maintains inventory and stock of supplies, brochures, and collateral for concierge desks.
Provides pre-arrival support for patients arriving on packages.
Facilitates correspondence with patients
Acts as the site liaison for the Rehab Center.
Job Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact with all patients and owners, internal and external, effectively with tact and diplomacy
Ability to suggest a wide variety of local and state-wide attractions for guest entertainment
Working knowledge of office software and phone systems
Must be willing to work on weekend (5 days working & 2 days off)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
