Job Description


\xc2\xb7 Reporting to management and performing administrative duties. \xc2\xb7 Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls. \xc2\xb7 Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events. \xc2\xb7 Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner. \xc2\xb7 Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail. \xc2\xb7 Copying, scanning, and filing documents. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements. \xc2\xb7 Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette. \xc2\xb7 Performing other administrative tasks, if required. Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM1,500.00 per month Benefits:
