Job Description

This position is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk. He / She must be pleasant and well versed with the relevant work procedures and daily operational duties while integrating with all other relevant departments and staff. Also, represents the Hotel in terms of guest relations and is primarily responsible to care for their requirements, effectively handle their complaints and take pro-active measures where service or equipment is lacking or not functioning respectively.
