\xe2\x97\x8f Register new patients as per established office protocols, update the status quo to corresponding dentists and nurses
\xe2\x97\x8f Keep track of all waiting patients and keep informed of there treatment status
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage all inbound calls, emails, sms and communications with precise knowledge of clinic information
\xe2\x97\x8f Schedule , remind, confirm all appointments and update in the system
\xe2\x97\x8f Settle the patients for the next appointment, and handle payments .
\xe2\x97\x8f Post operative management of patients - finance, medications instructions , follow up
\xe2\x97\x8f Attend all enquiries, feedbacks and complaints escalate to respective seniors and sort solutions
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage all day to day clinic operations and administrative duties
\xe2\x97\x8f Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time KEY COMPETENCIES \xe2\x97\x8f Good attitude is of prime importance

\xe2\x97\x8f present oneself with dignity & discipline REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x97\x8f Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. \xe2\x97\x8f Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
\xe2\x97\x8f At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position is a added advantage \xe2\x97\x8f Required Skill(s): communication, customer service skills, adaptability, initiative, team work, information collection and management, \xe2\x97\x8f Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent. \xe2\x97\x8f Good command over the language of English is recommended.
