Summary You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Front Office Manager is responsible to assist the Director of Rooms in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel. The Front Office Manager is expected to be on board in February / March 2024 . Qualifications Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia. Ideally with a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Work experience in a similar capacity in international luxury hotel brand is preferred. Excellent communication skills, service oriented with exceptional customer service skills. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills. Proficient in written and spoken English.
