WE ARE LOOKING FOR Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA\'s business needs Accountable for the maintenance, development and delivery of application solutions to support Ops related system. Responsibilities: Application Delivery (60%) Delivery of prioritized works, in supporting new products roll-out initiative and BAU projects relating to Ops system Ensures that any CRM systems-related production incidences and application defects are being resolved timely. Achieve PIRs resolution within service level Application Quality (30%) Manage the quality of delivery confirm to the defined standard and quality procedure IT Security, controls and governance related initiatives - To achieve zero security, control, governance adverse outstanding issues (beyond due dates) Other responsibilities and duties (10%) Accountable to the duty assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements. Requirements : Education - Degree in IT or equivalent Highly motivated and work well in a team environment Proficient in problem solving and willingness to try on various new technology to keep up on the technology pace 3-5 years of strong development & debugging experience in C#.net , VB.net , Classic ASP, VB, react JS , node JS, MSSQL knowledge and hands on experience in cloud MS azure platform such as Azure data factory, Azure Kubernetes Service , Azure SQL MI etc is advantageous Good understanding of change control and follow through problem tickets to resolve production issues Experience in database fine tuning and query optimization basic understanding of CI/CD devops tools knowledge of java web service development experience, Tomcat, eclipse is a bonus
