Job Description

As a Frontend Engineer, you will design and build world-class user experiences for millions of customers across international markets with React within the fintech industry.

• Develop and maintain high-quality React applications for web and mobile platforms
• Establish frontend design principles, coding standards, and architectural patterns to ensure scalability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and align FE/BE architecture
• Conduct code reviews, peer reviews, and drive Agile best practices within the squad
• Champion future-proof architecture using micro-frontends and reusable components
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and share knowledge to foster innovation

A successful Frontend Developer should have:

• A strong educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Min. 5 years of experience in web development (HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS)
• 4+ years of hands-on React experience with strong understanding of APIs and integration
• Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ability to influence technical decisions
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and mentor teams
