Frontend Developer(React)

Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Frontend Developer to join our team and build intuitive, responsive, and engaging user interfaces for our eCommerce platform using React. You will collaborate closely with backend developers (MedusaJS), designers, and product managers to deliver seamless shopping experiences that delight customers.

Key Responsibilities

?Develop high-quality, reusable, and scalable React components for an eCommerce storefront.
?Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs from MedusaJS, ensuring smooth data flow and user experience.
?Implement responsive web designs that work across devices and browsers.
?Optimize frontend performance for fast load times and smooth interactions.
?Participate in UI/UX discussions and help translate designs into functional components.
?Integrate and customize headless CMS tools to manage dynamic content effectively.
?Write unit and integration tests to ensure frontend code quality.
?Work with product managers and designers to gather requirements and deliver new features.
?Maintain clear documentation of frontend architecture, components, and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

?4+ years of experience building frontend applications with React.
?Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
?Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
?Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Sass, LESS) and modern CSS techniques (Flexbox, Grid).
?Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
?Experience working with headless CMS platforms such as Sanity, Strapi, Contentful, or similar.
?Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or similar.
?Basic understanding of backend concepts, especially headless eCommerce platforms like MedusaJS.
?Proficient in Git version control and collaborative workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

?Experience with TypeScript in React projects.
?Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
?Exposure to GraphQL and advanced CMS integrations.
?Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG).
?Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
