Your Role

As a Front-End Developer, you will play a key role in creating intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for our innovative Smart Workplace platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences that meet high standards of usability and aesthetic quality.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product management and design teams to translate wireframes, prototypes, and user stories into high-quality, responsive front-end code. Develop engaging, user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular. Ensure the scalability, performance, and maintainability of the front-end codebase by applying best practices and coding standards. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously enhance the user experience. Create and maintain visual assets, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and server-side logic effectively. Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent performance and user experience. Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in front-end development and UI/UX design.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front-end development. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with experience using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Proven ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. Experience in responsive and adaptive design techniques, ensuring compatibility across different devices and browsers. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating elegant, intuitive user interfaces. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
