Requirements

• Must be able to listen, speak, and read in Mandarin.
• Prior experience in front-of-house, customer service, or cashier roles is preferred.
• Proactive, good service attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts and cooperate in a team environment.
• Outstanding performers will be given priority consideration for promotion to Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for front-of-house operations and customer service.
• Greet and seat customers (including table arrangement and menu introduction).
• Familiar with the POS system and ordering process; accurately key in customer orders.
• Assist in preparing simple food and beverages (e.g., cooking rice, making drinks).
• Handle cashiering and daily sales reconciliation.
• Assist in handling customer feedback and complaints.
• Support daily ordering and replenishment of front-of-house supplies.
• Coordinate communication between front and back of house to ensure smooth operations.
• Familiar with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok) to assist in brand promotion and store visibility.
