Job Description

The Full Stack Developer (Intermediate Level) plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems for Hayat Technologies' digital health platforms. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that support the company's healthcare technology mission.

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications (front-end & back-end). Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern frameworks and best practices. Ensure seamless integration between front-end user interfaces and back-end services. Implement RESTful APIs and manage database interactions.

2. System Architecture & Design

Participate in system design discussions, ensuring scalability and reliability. Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness. Contribute to architecture decisions and recommend improvements to existing systems.

3. Testing & Quality Assurance

Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing. Collaborate with QA testers to resolve bugs and improve system stability. Maintain documentation for code, APIs, and system processes.

4. Collaboration & Project Execution

Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive user experiences. Collaborate with product managers, project managers, and data teams to deliver features on time. Support project delivery under the company's triad execution method (PM, Lead Engineer, Ops & Support).

5. Security & Compliance

Implement security best practices for data protection (aligned with healthcare compliance standards). Monitor application vulnerabilities and apply timely fixes. Ensure coding practices comply with internal governance and international standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA where applicable).

6. Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks. Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge within the team. Suggest improvements to development workflows and deployment processes (CI/CD).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
