Kakitangan is looking for Full Stack Developer to join our team! We are looking for someone who has the passion to push web technologies to change how HR processes can be simplified and make your life easier. Job Scope: \xe2\x80\xa2 Work on building a Python based Web App to further enhance the features of our Kakitangan platform. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the current existing Kakitangan platform as well as explore other potential technologies when needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Influence our technology platform for the better and have views on how it can help businesses simplify their HR processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be able to work with cross-functional teams to define, design and develop new features \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, code standards). \xe2\x80\xa2 Integrate user-facing elements designed by UI/UX Designer to the platform. \xe2\x80\xa2 Write clean, maintainable and efficient code \xe2\x80\xa2 Nurture and enforce best and appropriate technical practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, maintain and enhance technical documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design and overall architecture And any other job as assigned Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field with 2 to 3 years of professional working experience as a full stack developer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate knowledge in Python, git and Linux. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bonus to have: Reactjs and experience in developing similar kind of platform in previous working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive to continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge of the general web landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies. \xe2\x80\xa2 A strong desire for something new and fresh.
