Implementation of product requirements in a software system based on one or more technologies or products. Development and consultation of the customer on the requirement of the product. Conception and design of system architecture and software components based on customer requirements (product visions). Independent and self-responsible implementation and quality assurance of product increments. (Test automation/ CI/CD / blackduck). Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as part of a software development project. You build it - you test it - you run it.


Please note: This is an external contract role. The selected candidate will work on-site with the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia team but will be officially employed under a third-party agency.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications

Preferably with 7 years working experience in a related field. Fresh graduates with related skill or experience may also be considered Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a related field.

Experience

Experience in the end-to-end responsibility of full-stack software development and operation Experience with free and open-source technologies, and enterprise technologies like GitHub, Azure Cloud, and AWS Cloud Experience with Linux Experience with Android App development is an added advantage Experience with AOSP development is an added advantage

Excellent communication skills in English Good customer service orientation Analytical, passionate and drives technology and product quality. Result-oriented thinking and action Product mindset Basic knowledge in Agile methodologies Good sense of UI/UX design Develops highly complex components and systems visionary and is responsible for them. Masters and implements solution and implementation alternatives (technologies and programming languages) Abstracts technical relationships Creates complex, technical documentation Designs and develops reliable and scalable enterprise architectures Presents the designed and developed software solutions at customer and expert level

Specific Technical Skill

Sound knowledge in Java and Kotlin Sound knowledge on RESTful API Microservices architectural design Any front-end development knowledge SQL and non-SQL database Microsoft Azure or AWS Cloud CI/CD Containerization and orchestration Unit testing Monitoring Added advantage: Spring Boot, Android Automotive Operating System (AAOS) or Android Open Source Project (AOSP), Android Jetpack Compose

Responsibility and Scope for Decision-Making

Designs the environment for the implementation of highly complex topics/projects/products. Applies alternative solutions and courses of action. Builds new teams and proactively organizes a harmonious and high-performance team. Integrates the relevant experts independently and proactively across BU. Acts with strategic and entrepreneurial vision.
