This is our digital VISION for BASF.The Digital Data Chain (DDC) team is the full digitalization of the information provisioning process for products from the manufacturer to the owner/operator. The objectives include Automatic Identification of products via QR-code, Intelligent product documentation with metadata, Documentation provisioning via cloud-based Information Exchange Platforms (IEP) etc.In this role, you will be part of the DDC team and develop together with your team members software solutions for the DDC.Responsibilities

• Analyze the user stories for documentation provisioning and accessing over the IEP
• Develop front & backend of the solutions according to requirements from user stories
• Further improve the developed solutions and add new functionalities if required

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable field
• Minimum 1-year related working experience in full stack, web-application development
• Expertise in Python, JavaScript, SQL, Docker for software development
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Team player with high willingness to learn, a positive attitude, as well as experience working in global and diverse teams
