About Our Client

Our client is an innovative technology company building an AI-powered conversation management platform that helps businesses manage customer interactions across multiple messaging channels. Their solutions support chat commerce and AI-driven customer service, enabling brands to engage customers more effectively at scale.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our client's growing engineering team. In this role, you will design and build scalable backend services, intuitive frontend dashboards, and system integrations that support high-volume, AI-powered customer conversations across platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain

backend services and APIs

using

PHP Laravel

. Optimize

SQL databases

(MySQL/PostgreSQL) for speed, reliability, and scalability. Develop and refine

CMS and admin dashboards

with

Angular

, ensuring intuitive and responsive interfaces. Collaborate with AI engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver

end-to-end solutions

. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining

high-quality, secure code

. Participate in

code reviews, agile sprints, and CI/CD processes

. Integrate

AI-powered features

, including LLM APIs and real-time analytics, to enhance platform functionality. Keep up with the latest trends in

AI, messaging, and full-stack development

.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong backend skills in PHP Laravel and SQL databases. Frontend experience with Angular. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Problem-solving mindset, team player, and good communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

:

Experience with Flutter or mobile app development. Exposure to AI/ML integrations, GPT models, or chatbot platforms. Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API or omnichannel messaging. Familiarity with Docker, DevOps, or performance optimization.
