Objectives of the Position

For every delivery to overseas customers the transport needs to be planned, executed, and tracked.

We ideate, develop, and run solutions for liner shipping, parcel tanker and air shipments. Our solutions cover the full transportation management and are integrated with a multitude of other solution spaces.

In your new role, you will join a dedicated team of experts focusing on the growing cloud-based part of the Transportation Management solution space. You will collaborate for innovation projects, functional enhancements, and the uninterrupted operations of the same.

Main Tasks

• Live and support agile methodology (process & meetings & tools)
• Collaboration with the Product Owner, team peers and business stakeholders to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
• Contribution to collaborative creation of increment plans and team objectives
• Understand Business-requirements
• Define and implement Development-tasks
• Design of user friendly and barrier free frontends
• Use CI&CD environment
• Fulfill defined quality requirements
• Present & explain work results within stakeholder community
• Document implemented solution
• Deploy and test implemented solution

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable field

Working Experience

• At least 5-8 years\' related working experience
• Virtual team collaboration experience
• English (Proficient user (C1, Language Skills Overview))

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Professional knowledge in Java

=8 * Professional knowledge in SpringBoot2.x

• Professional knowledge in Spring-modules like Spring-Data, Spring-Integration, Spring-Batch, Spring-Security
• Professional knowledge in persistence technology (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Knowledge in Distributed Messaging systems (Apache Kafka)
• Knowledge in Agile Tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence, GIT)
• Knowledge in Web-technology (HTML5, JavaScript)
• Knowledge in CSS and extensions like SCSS
• Knowledge JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, TypeScript)
• Knowledge in unit testing for JavaScript
• Knowledge in integration testing
• Knowledge in common JavaScript tools (e.g. node.js, babel)
• Knowledge in SQL and noSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
• Knowledge in Microservice and cloud architectures (e.g. REST)
• Knowledge in dependency management (maven, Gradle, npm)

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Additional)

• Knowledge in unit and integration testing
• Knowledge in IDE JetBrains IntelliJ, IDE MS Code
• Knowledge in Java ServerFaces (JSF, PrimeFaces)
• Knowledge in Reactive Programming
• Basic knowledge in Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Basic knowledge in Azure services
• Basic knowledge in Web-technology
