You'll be a key player in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality applications. This means working across the full stack, ensuring seamless functionality and a fantastic user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement practices.

Core Qualifications
Technical Prowess:

• Front-End Development:

• Languages: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Frameworks/Libraries: Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Responsive Design: Skilled in Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and media queries for adaptable interfaces.
• Browser Developer Tools: Expert in debugging and optimizing performance.

• Back-End Development:

• Languages: Experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, or .NET.
• Frameworks: Familiar with frameworks like Express (Node.js), Django (Python), Spring Boot (Java), etc.
• APIs: Ability to design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Authentication/Authorization: Knowledge of OAuth, JWT.

• Databases:

• Relational: Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• NoSQL: Comfortable with MongoDB, Firebase.

• Version Control:

• Proficient with Git and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

• DevOps & Deployment:

• Containers: Experience with Docker.
• CI/CD: Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience deploying on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Web Servers: Knowledge of Nginx, Apache.

• Testing:

• Practiced in unit testing and integration testing (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Selenium).

Essential Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving: A knack for identifying issues and crafting effective solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for working in cross-functional teams.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs.

Who You Are

• Experience & Education:

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Certifications (Optional):

• AWS Certified Developer Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
• Full Stack Web Development certifications (e.g., Coursera, freeCodeCamp).
