Develop and maintain web applications across the full technology stack (front-end, back-end, database).
Implement user-friendly, responsive UI components and interfaces.
Design, build, and optimize server-side logic, APIs, and integration layers.
Participate in system design & architecture discussions (senior candidates expected to lead).
Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases including schema design and performance tuning.
Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features efficiently.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve application issues in production and development environments.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and development best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Lead technical improvements and introduce best practices/tools.
Others will be informed based on Business direction
