Ready to build a product from the ground up and make a direct impact on how children learn? We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to build learning experiences and tracking dashboards and ship high-impact features weekly. What You'll Do

Full Stack Feature Development:

Design, build, and maintain features across our entire stack, from the database schema to the user interface.

Leverage AI:

Utilize AI-powered coding assistants to accelerate your workflow and integrate generative AI APIs (like Google Gemini) to build AI features.

Enhance Scalability:

Architect solutions that are robust, reusable, and contribute to the long-term health of our codebase.

Product Ownership:

Collaborate closely with the co-founders to understand user needs, define feature requirements, and make key decisions about the product's direction.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a mid-level developer who is a product-minded builder.

Experience:

3+ years of professional full stack development experience. Strong Technical Proficiency.

AI Integrator:

You're comfortable both using AI coding assistants (e. Claude Code) and integrating third-party AI APIs to build product features.

Product Thinker:

You are passionate about understanding the "why" behind what you're building and can translate user needs into technical solutions.

Cross-Device Builder:

You have experience building responsive web applications that work beautifully on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Independent & Proactive:

You thrive in an autonomous environment and are excited by the prospect of building products from ground up.
