About the Client:

• An award-winning regulatory technology company dedicated to modernizing compliance through SaaS AI intelligent automation.
• Design compliance solutions specifically for financial regulated entities, streamlining everything from policy creation and regulatory change management to AML / KYC, personnel compliance that align seamlessly with the world's evolving regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Development & Maintenance:

• Design, implement and maintain scalable backend services using NodeJS & Python.
• Develop interactive user interfaces and components using React JS.
• Good understanding of Microservices Architecture, API design.

2. Cloud Deployment & Operations:

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Azure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and integration.

3. Web Application Security Enhancements:

• Design and implement security mechanisms for applications, networks, and data storage to safeguard against unauthorized access, breaches, and vulnerabilities. This may include but not limited to encryption protocols, authentication mechanisms, access controls, vulnerability scanners to enhance security.

4. Collaboration & Best Practices:

• Work closely with compliance department, data crawler and machine learning team to develop functionalities for both front and back end.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and specifications.
• Prepare test data for user acceptance test scenarios.
• Ensure that documentation is version-controlled, regularly updated, and accessible to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards critical for risk management applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experienced developing SaaS AI applications.
• Proficiency in NodeJS & Python: Extensive experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with React: Solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• MongoDB and PostgreSQL competency: Ability to design schemas and optimize queries for performance.
• Azure Deployment: Hands-on experience with deploying applications on Azure.
• Familiarity with Github.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and best practices in web application security.
