About The Role

We are looking for a versatile

Web & Mobile Engineer

who refuses to be boxed into just "Web" or just "App."

You will be the lead architect for our client and internal ventures. One day you might be deploying a

multi-tenant SaaS dashboard

for a B2B client, and the next day you are pushing a polished consumer app to the

App Store & Play Store

.

We need a "Product Engineer", someone who cares as much about the swipe animation feeling smooth on a phone as they do about the database queries running fast on the web.

What You'll Do

Build Everywhere (Hybrid Development):

Develop responsive web applications (React/Next.js) AND native-feeling mobile apps (React Native/Flutter) from a shared codebase where possible.

Ship to Stores:

Own the deployment process. You will handle the full lifecycle of getting apps live on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

SaaS & Platform Architecture:

Build robust web platforms that handle user authentication, real-time data, and complex logic.

Unified Experience:

Ensure our design system is consistent across all touchpoints. A user switching from our web dashboard to our mobile app should feel a seamless transition.

API Integration:

Connect your frontends to backend APIs, ensuring data syncs perfectly between the web cloud and the mobile device.

The Tool Hunter:

Actively use AI coding assistants and modern libraries to speed up development. You don't write boilerplate code if an AI can do it for you.

Qualifications

Cross-Platform Pro:

Strong experience with

React Native

(Preferred) or

Flutter

. You have shipped at least one app to the stores.

Web Mastery:

Deep understanding of modern web development (

React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS

).

Store Experience:

You have battled the App Store review process and won. You know how to handle certificates, provisioning profiles, and release builds.

Performance Mindset:

You understand the difference between a "heavy" website and a high-performance web app. You know how to optimize for speed and conversion.

Aesthetic Sense:

You can take a Figma design and implement it with pixel-perfect precision on both mobile and web.

Bonus Points

Experience with

PWA (Progressive Web Apps)

. Knowledge of

Hardware/IoT integration

(Bluetooth, Camera APIs) for mobile apps. Experience building

Admin Panels

or

CMS-driven

websites.
