About our client:
Our client is a global industrial technology leader headquartered in Australia, providing high-precision engineered solutions to major industries worldwide. As part of their digital transformation roadmap, the Kuala Lumpur technology division is expanding to support secure, scalable platforms used across international business units.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure authentication and authorisation workflows using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Integrate applications with identity providers and enterprise security frameworks.
- Develop backend components and microservices with strong security and scalability considerations.
- Manage encrypted secrets, certificates, and credentials using Key Vaults or equivalent secure storage tools.
- Collaborate with global architecture, security, and engineering teams on security reviews and solution design.
- Support full development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and modern identity management practices.
- Experience with secure backend development (any mainstream language stack).
- Familiarity with key vault technologies (Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, etc.).
- Strong understanding of API security, token handling, and encryption.
- Ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams in a global environment.
