In the near immediate future, the main job involves:

• Full Stack Development role
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in full stack web development using Python and related technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Python, and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.
• Proficiency in working with databases, such as PostgreSQL
• Understanding the end-to-end process of the business and providing relevant system solutions
• Working closely with project team and support their business needs where relevant.
• Implement and configure relevant ERP, MES or Data Analytics for clients.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with mobile app development using frameworks like React Native or Flutter is a bonus.

B) BACKGROUND / QUALIFICATIONS

• A Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3 years of working experience in the related field
