About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated

Software Developer

to join our remote team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet business needs and deliver an exceptional user experience. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability. Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role. Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, Ruby, etc.). Experience with web frameworks and front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Flutter, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum). Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with test automation and quality assurance processes. Prior experience working in distributed/remote teams.

Pay: RM3,663.17 - RM12,047.48 per month
