This is a placement for a client of Straat-X ICT Sdn Bhd, who is looking for Full Stack Software Developer position. We are looking for a motivated

Full Stack Software Developer

to join our client's growing development team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience who enjoys working with both legacy and modern technologies.

You will support and enhance existing applications, develop new features, and collaborate closely with senior developers to improve system architecture. If you're eager to grow your skills in a supportive environment and work with international clients, this role offers a fantastic opportunity.

Key responsibilities:

Support legacy software written in Visual Basic 6. Develop new software versions on Visual Basic .NET. Perform database management using Microsoft SQL Server (compulsory). Debug and resolve software issues effectively. Collaborate with senior developer on software architecture improvements. Handle customer technical support queries and provide technical triage. Connect with customers via Freshdesk and TeamViewer. Ensure UI/UX best practices are applied in development.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of software development experience. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET (VB.NET/ASP.NET). Good understanding of UI/UX principles. Excellent problem-solving capabilities. Strong English communication skills (compulsory). Experience with desktop software (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
