JOB SCOPE

Perform general administrative and clerical tasks (filing, data entry, documentation). Assist in preparing reports, letters, and meeting materials. Assist the claim payment team in checking payments. Assist the accounts team in issuing tuition fee receipts. Assist in marketing tasks (e.g., basic social media posts). Assist daily with punching and binding book orders. Carry out any other duties as assigned by management. Approve payment / transactions

JOB INFORMATION

Probation Period: 3 months Working Days: 5.5 days per week Working Hours: 44 hrs per week Monday to Wednesday - 9:30am to 6:00pm || Saturday and Sunday - 9:30am to 6:00pm || Thursday / Friday - 9:30am - 1:30am

Salary: RM1,900 - RM2,500 per month (plus performance bonus)
