Handle daily administrative tasks and data entry
Manage documents, filing, and records
Handle emails, WhatsApp messages, and coordination with internal/external parties
Support basic HR and office operations
Perform ad-hoc admin duties when required
Job Requirements:
Malaysian citizen
Minimum SPM / Diploma (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Drive)
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to work independently and multitask
