Requirements

  • SPM/Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or HR-related roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Familiar with basic accounting or bookkeeping software (e.g. Xero, SQL, QuickBooks) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to handle internal and external communication).
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
Administrative & Finance
  • Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and receipts accurately and on time.
  • Handle bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks (recording transactions, reconciling statements, monitoring expenses).
  • Assist in finance-related documentation, including payment tracking, petty cash, and vendor records.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, contracts, and filing systems (both digital & physical).
  • Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when needed.
  • Support management in monitoring cash flow and budget tracking.
Human Resource
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Prepare HR-related letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.) and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Support in performance review coordination and internal announcements.
  • Assist in staff engagement activities and general HR administration.
? Office Support
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Liaise with vendors, courier services, and building management.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments when required.
