SPM/Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or HR-related roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Familiar with basic accounting or bookkeeping software (e.g. Xero, SQL, QuickBooks) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to handle internal and external communication).
Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and receipts accurately and on time.
Assist in finance-related documentation, including payment tracking, petty cash, and vendor records.
Maintain and organize company documents, contracts, and filing systems (both digital & physical).
Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when needed.
Support management in monitoring cash flow and budget tracking.
Human Resource
Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare HR-related letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.) and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Support in performance review coordination and internal announcements.
Assist in staff engagement activities and general HR administration.

Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
Liaise with vendors, courier services, and building management.
Provide general administrative support to management and other departments when required.
