Job Objective

Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival. Practice suggestive selling and accurately take guests' orders. Set up and manage assigned workstations daily. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant at all times. Deliver professional, courteous, and uncompromising service in line with company quality standards. Be attentive to guests' needs, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly. Clear used plates and cutlery promptly after guests leave. Follow service and food preparation standards in compliance with

Quality, Service, Ambience & Value (QSAV)

guidelines. Handle guests' queries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Possess full knowledge of food, beverages, and other products/services offered by the restaurant. Prepare food orders according to company recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards. Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and used correctly. Monitor and restock ingredients and supplies throughout shifts. Adhere to sanitation requirements, including product rotation, temperature control, storage, cooking, and handling procedures.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: PMR/SPM or equivalent. Fresh school leavers with passion for the Food & Beverage industry are encouraged to apply. Ability to communicate in English and build good relationships with diverse customers. Strong team player with good working relationships among staff. Physically able to stand and perform tasks for long hours during shifts. Pleasant, polite, neat, and clean appearance. Self-disciplined, motivated, and enjoys interacting with people. High standards of personal hygiene and professional attire. Energetic, cheerful, friendly, and hardworking. Enthusiastic about learning and open to feedback for improvement. Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
