Job - Objective

Warmly welcome and acknowledge guests upon arrival. Practice suggestive selling and accurately take guests' orders. Set up and manage assigned workstations for the day. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the restaurant at all times. Provide professional, courteous, and high-quality service to guests. Ensure guests receive exceptional service in line with quality standards. Be attentive to guests' needs, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly. Clear used plates and cutlery promptly once guests leave. Follow service standards, food preparation procedures, and Quality, Service, Ambience & Value (QSAV) guidelines. Address guests' inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. Possess thorough knowledge of the restaurant's food, beverages, and services. Prepare food orders according to standard recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation specifications. Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and properly used. Keep stocks and ingredients adequately replenished throughout shifts. Adhere to sanitation and safety regulations, including product rotation, temperature control, storage, and handling procedures.

Required to :-

Must possess at least a PMR/SPM qualification or equivalent. Fresh school leavers with a passion for the Food & Beverage industry are encouraged to apply. Ability to communicate in English and build good relationships with diverse customers. A strong team player who fosters a positive working environment among restaurant staff. Physically capable of standing for long hours during shifts. Pleasant, polite, and well-groomed with a neat appearance. Self-disciplined, self-motivated, and enjoys interacting with and serving customers. Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and professional attire. Energetic, cheerful, friendly, and hardworking. Enthusiastic about learning and open to feedback for improvement. Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
