- Preparation of Mise En Place for assigned station
- Receiving, processing and proper storage of stocks
- Assisting preparation and cooking of food orders
- To label, practice and to ensure "First in, First Out (FIFO) procedures are followed at all times
- To be alert of and to record food item wastages, according to given protocols
- Dishwashing duties, including pots, pons, serve wares, cutleries as well as ad hoc given items for cleaning
- Ensure kitchen areas are constantly clean and to operate
- Ad hoc tasks given by kitchen chefs.
