Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing products.
Provide exceptional customer service and product advice.
Ensure shelves are well-stocked and the retail environment is clean and organized.
Handle inventory and cashiering tasks efficiently.
Support promotional and marketing activities as needed.
JOB SUMMARY
Support the Pharmacist dispensing of medicines, and filling of prescriptions in care
Establish customer loyalty through the delivery of good customer service standards
Responsible for ensuring the availability of medicines in the pharmacy at all times
Provide guidance, training and coaching to the Sales Assistants on general product knowledge
Assist in other operational duties
REQUIREMENT:
Pharmacy Assistant/ Pembantu Farmasi: Minimum Diploma in Pharmacy/ Nursing
Part Time: SPM & umur 18 ke atas
Friendly, courteous, and self-motivated
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Able to commit in retail working hours including weekends and public holidays
