Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily cash flow, including accurate cash handling, banking, and reporting. Manage online orders from e-commerce platforms, including order processing, parcel wrapping, coordination with logistics partners, and ensuring timely delivery. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner. Promote and explain Footer's health socks, including their functional benefits and usage to educate and engage customers. Ensure attractive product display, kiosk cleanliness, and a welcoming shopping environment. Work closely with the Outlet Supervisor to support shop operations and team efficiency. Follow company policies, SOPs, and maintain professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent. At least has a brief experience in retail, F&B, or other customer-facing roles. Experience handling e-commerce or online order fulfillment will be an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Positive, self-motivated, and passionate about health-related products. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays, based on shift schedules.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
