About the Role

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales (Luxury Watches) to join our team in delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience. If you have a strong drive for sales, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with high-end products, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service and create a memorable luxury experience for every customer. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques. Maintain the highest standards of store presentation and product knowledge. Represent the brand professionally and confidently as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Chinese language. Driven, confident, and well-presented. Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours. Open to Malaysians who are keen to work in Singapore (work pass support available).
