Job Description

Responsibilities:



Greet customers and assist them in finding products and medications. Answer customer inquiries regarding medications, health concerns, and over-the-counter products. Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure smooth workflow. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:



Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and prescriptions. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Able to work in Puchong Perdana.
