- Greeting & seating customers
- To provide and explain menu items to customers when needed
- Recommend daily specials (if any) and to take orders
- Serving prepared food and drinks to tables
- Assisting with customer requirements as best as possible, within company policies
- Clearing and cleaning tables after usage
- Ensuring overall dining area cleanliness, including washroom areas
- To alert and record all breakages of servewares, according to given protocols
- Manning the cashier counter and calculating end of day sales
- Reporting of daily sales within working groups
- Ad hoc task, given by immediate supervisor
- 5 day work week
