Oversee daily store operations and team performance.
Lead, train, and schedule staff.
Handle customer issues and ensure service quality.
Monitor sales, targets, and store KPI.
Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering.
Ensure store cleanliness, display standards, and SOP compliance.
Perform cashier oversight, cash handling, and reports.
Support manager in any operational tasks.
Requirements
Minimum SPM; Diploma is an advantage.
3-4 years retail experience (supervisory experience preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to handle cashiering, reports, and daily operations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsible, trustworthy, and able to lead a team.
Basic computer skills and able to prepare daily reports.

Basic: RM1,700 - RM2,200.
Travelling Allowance: RM600.
