We're looking for candidates who are:
- Passionate about teaching and inspiring young learners
- Strong subject specialists with effective classroom management skills
- Dedicated team players who uphold high standards of learning and care
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum
Monitor and assess student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments
Provide academic support, guidance, and constructive feedback to students
Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school initiatives
Support co-curricular activities, school events, and student development programme
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related subject field (Math, English, Biology)
Recognised teaching qualification (Bachelor of Education, or equivalent) preferred
Minimum 2 years' teaching experience in secondary education (Cambridge/IGCSE an advantage)
Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
Proficiency in English (additional languages an advantage)
