Prepare drinks and desserts for customers, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and quality control.
Measure ingredients accurately and follow specified brewing times and methods to maintain the quality of menu items.
Track ingredient expiry dates and manage their use to minimize waste.
Oversee ingredient inventory, requesting stock purchases as needed to maintain adequate supplies.
Keep the bar station clean and organized throughout service.
Cleaning the bar station after business hours and preparing it for the next day.
Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by KKM and Halal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness at all times to meet these standards.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
