Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism. Promote our brand and products with confidence and enthusiasm. Learn product features and make suitable recommendations to customers. Ensure the outlet is tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing. Manage stock checks, pricing, and daily sales reports accurately.
What We're Looking For
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and during retail hours. Able to communicate in Malay (English is an advantage). Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about helping others. Strong communication and presentation skills.
