:

As a Tech Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Bloomthis' Fulfillment Operations. You will be involved in various stages of the fulfillment process, including production, logistics, and customer service. You will collaborate

closely with the Chief Technology Officer and be exposed to AI/ML, Data Analytics, and Software Development. This is a full-time role with expected weekly working hours of 40 hours. The role will be hybrid, with a combination of remote work and in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential technical solutions

Assist in technical troubleshooting and bug fixing to unblock business problems

Manage Kanban boards to track technical issues

Support due diligence efforts, including reviewing existing business support systems for potential improvements

Collaborate with Fulfillment Operations Leaders to uncover platform challenges

Provide general support to the Chief Technology Officer as needed

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js Familiarity with AWS services, especially AWS Lambda Understanding of React for frontend development Experience with SQL databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
Additional Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Bonus Skills:

Experience with RESTful API design and development Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies

Pay: RM350.00 - RM400.00 per month
